Spring Hill Florida Homes for Sale are Moving Quickly
Put on the market on Saturday and under contract on Monday - that is the state of the housing market in Spring Hill, Florida, at least for homes in certain price ranges.
This is a front view of the move-in ready home that the seller listed with me and was first offered for sale on Saturday.
This is a two bedroom, two bath split plan home located on a third of an acre of land. Ready to move in, the seller priced it according to the most recent sold comparables and received three offers the second day on the market.
I wish I had a few more of this type of home for sale in Spring Hill, Florida. There is a definite demand for homes in the $80,000 to $100,000 price range and if priced right, sellers can expect to find a buyer quickly.
Multiple offers are great for sellers. They get to pick the offer that best suits their needs or they can negotiate with the buyers to achieve an even better price or terms.
Unfortunately, when there is only one house to sell, only one happy buyer will get their offer accepted. Today, I had to inform two other buyers that this time it didn't work out for them and field several calls from interested buyers and agents that this home has now gone under contract after only two days on the market!
