Sold July 2007:  168                           Range:  $52,000 - $690,000

Average Sales Price:  $176,895           Median Sales Price:  $165,000

Currently under Contract:  274

Number of sales in July represented less than 4% of current inventory.  Yet, the sales numbers held relatively steady compared to June with just slight increases in total number sale, median sales prices and average sale prices. The number of properties currently under contract also remained at the same level as June indicating a continuation of the currenct pace of sales.  

VACANT LAND:

On Market:  3427

Sold July 2007:  23                          Range:  $5,400-$570,000

Sales of residential vacant land continue to be stagnant.  The number of properties currently under contract does not indicate that a significant change will be underway any time soon.
